Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare reports and files of the patients.
• Update medical files.
• Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
• Follow-up with patients.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for patients.
• Prepare and mail checks.
• Coordinates office services such as petty cash.
Competencies:
• Creative and dynamic personality
• Excellent communication skills
Qualifications:
• BA degree
• Good command of French
